Keto White Chocolate

1/2 cup / 100 g cocoa butter
1/4 cup / 0,5 dl coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp erythritol or allulose
2 tbsp heavy cream powder
1 tbsp MCT-oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp salt
Directions
- Melt the cocoa butter over a double boiler or in the microwave in 20-second bursts.
- Stir in coconut oil until fully combined.
- Remove from heat and whisk in powdered sweetener, heavy cream powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Add MCT-oil.
- Stir well until completely smooth.
