Ingredients

  • Sweet macadamia bread
  • 2 cups Almond flour
    ½ cup Macadamia nuts, chopped
    ½ cup Coconut cream
    2 Eggs
    ½ tsp Liquid monk fruit sweetener or 1/3 cup erythritol
    4 tbsp Coconut oil
    2 tsp Cinnamon powder
    1 tsp Vanilla extract
    1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp Baking soda
    1/4 tsp Fine salt
    1 tbsp Butter, melted

  • Topping
  • 2 tbsp Almond flour
    2 tbsp Chopped macadamias
    2 tsp Melted coconut oil
    ½ tsp Vanilla extract
    ½ tsp Cinnamon powder

Directions

  • Heat oven to 350F
  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt
  • In another bowl, mix coconut cream, eggs, liquid monk fruit, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar and vanilla
  • Gently combine wet and dry ingredients
  • Add chopped macadamias, mix again gently
  • Grease a loaf pan with butter, pour batter in
  • Mix topping ingredients together and add them on top of the bread
  • Bake for about 45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean
  • Let cool and serve with vanilla sauce
